Race, cheer us on, hang out and have an overall blast this weekend while Sh!tgoose takes on Powderhorn 24, a S. Mpls. 24 hour bike race! Email Maulelujah for det’s on the team homebase, look for the band van, track us down on the course, or hang at Freewheel Midtown which will be open all night and day during the race http://www.powderhorn.com/course.
Racers – what to bring if you are racing: your bike, a head light and rear light, your helmet, some snacks, a sleeping bag/blanket/pillow/lawn chair/stuff that will make you comfy, shower stuff/change of clothing unless you want to be grungy which is cool, board games/cards/other things that make passing time fun, booze, sh!tgoose apparel, riding rain gear/towel, swimsuit, money for yummy food at nearby restaurants/bars. AND $11 for Maulelujah (racing entry fee).
Racers – schedule: Racers arrive at 5:30 to sign in, sign a waiver, mandatory 6:45pm meeting at Freewheel Midtown, 7pm start time.
Racers – what will be there ready for you: band van, a vacant house for a homebase 2 blocks from the course (with electricity and water), coffee maker, yummy coffee, shower/toilet & toiletries, beer, tap water, snacks, kiddie pool, a couple lawn chairs, a tire pump, some bike tools, some games/cards, Sh!tgoose love.
What to bring if you are cheering us on: cheering voices, snacks, booze, fun stuff to do like games/cards, your awesome selves.
